Principles of Manual Handling

Back problems are one of the biggest causes of worker absence in the UK. Training your staff to lift and carry objects safely can reduce your company’s costs in the long run. The Manual Handling regulations place a duty on every employer to reduce the risk of potential injury from manual handling operations.
