What is a Toolbox Talk?

Toolbox Topics are used to cover a variety of short safety training subjects and to remind employees the importance of being safe. It’s intended to be informal and participatory, encouraging questions and discussion and drawing on workers’ experience. It’s not a lecture and there are no tests.

Who Should Attend?

The lectures are intended to educate workers about creating and maintaining safer work conditions, and attendance should be mandatory with most companies.
